We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Content and Communications Manager to join our marketing team full-time. As the Content and Communications Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies, creating effective communications, and driving brand engagement across various channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in content creation, strong communication skills, and the ability to shape our brand narrative.

Available contract types: full-time employee.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Content Management, Brand Messaging, Audience Engagement, and Internal Communication.
Develop and execute the company's content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, videos, webinars, infographics, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and benefits, translating them into influential messaging.
Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content aligned with marketing goals.
Drive the development of thought leadership content, showcasing our expertise and industry insights.
Oversee the company's social media presence, creating and curating relevant content and monitoring engagement.
Manage public relations efforts, including press releases and media outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders.
Measure and analyze content performance using analytics tools, making data-driven optimizations.
Stay updated on digital communication industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

Familiarity with Social Media Management Tools, CRM, and Email Marketing Platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in content creation, communications, or a similar role.
Familiarity with Content Creation and Video Editing Tools.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO, and analytics tools.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in creating content for various channels, including web, social media, and email.
Familiarity with digital communication solutions, SaaS, or tech products.
Experience in managing social media platforms and driving engagement.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity, Strategic Thinking, excellent Adaptability, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skills.

Desired:

Familiarity with Data Analytics.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience in remote work environments or tech startups.
Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
