We are looking for a new team member as A Digital Content Editor you will be working as part of the Digital Experience team on a 12 Month FTC.
Working hours: 35 hours / Mon - Friday.
Hybrid role: The role will be hybrid working from our South East Regional Hub - (Horsham West Sussex) or our London Hub in Blackfriars with a flexible approach to remote working. Trips to our Hub offices will be for core collaboration.

Here at RSPCA we know it's a cliche but no two days are the same, as a Digital Content Editor we've added a short summary of what a typical day might look like, for a full insight please refer to the attached job description.
Your main purpose in this role will be to develop strong, inspiring digital content that effectively communicates the variety and importance of RSPCA work to many different audiences in order to trigger action and engagement. This could be from taking part in advocacy campaigns to donating online, you will need to ensure that the copy on the website and connected digital channels supports the RSPCA's objectives and meets the brand guidelines in style, tone of voice, and is accessible.
Proven writing skills including proofreading and editing, with an excellent grasp of grammar.
Web writing skills
Experience of working within brand or house-style guidelines for copy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven marketing planning abilities.
Project management skills: to independently manage delegated assignments.
Ability to problem solve and use evidence based research to define solutions to existing and future questions.
Understanding of the role of copy in web user experience and SEO.
Experience in using a web content management system to create/maintain website content.
Experience of Google Analytics.
