Your role plays an integral part in the organisation, enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.
This is a 12 month maximum term contract (Maternity Leave)
Your areas of responsibility:
Produce high quality story-telling content that that aligns with WVA's objectives and meets quality standards
Clarify business objectives and propose appropriate communication solutions to WVA business units to maximise return on investment
Script, direct, produce, edit, animate and distribute video content to meet briefed requirements
Participate in film shoots (video & stills photography) domestically and internationally
Give and take direction and proactively contribute to a culture of ideas
Set up and maintain production processes, procedures and maintenance schedules that will optimise output
Collaborate with external producers and agency partners to refine the video production process
Optimize production processes and procedures to increase output
Stay informed on industry trends and apply best practices to improve production procedures
Maximize the use of WVA's visual and video archives and resources
Collaborate with key staff responsible for creating and archiving footage
Ensure all communications meet WVA's standards for professionalism, accuracy, quality, and corporate branding
Maintain and ensure the availability and reliability of WVA's Video Production equipment.
