Digital Content Writer

Boulo Solutions is working with a top personal injury law firm in Birmingham, AL looking to hire a Digital Content Writer with a unique skill set in AI prompt engineering. This full-time role, based in our office, involves creating, coordinating, and optimizing content, primarily for website use, but also for email copy, newsletters, organic and paid ad copy for both SEM and social. We have brought our marketing team in-house and are looking for someone who can leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and idea generation, while also cultivating traditional writing skills to better connect with our clients and prospective clients.

Pay: $20-25/hour

This position is pivotal in our company’s entire digital marketing strategy, with a special emphasis on creating content that resonates with users while adhering to SEO best practices. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Content Writer will be a key player in the company, contributing significantly to the department's success in gaining website and brand visibility.

What You'll Do:

Play a key role in the ongoing development and execution of SEO and audience strategy through AI-enhanced and traditionally written content creation.
Write impeccable copy on topics related to personal injury law for various platforms, utilizing AI tools to optimize content creation and idea generation.
Format, proofread and edit content for various channels, ensuring the integration of AI-generated content with traditional writing.
Collaborate closely with legal and marketing team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of content.
Complete other projects as assigned, leveraging AI tools where appropriate

What You’ll Need To Succeed: (Your experience should include some or all of the following)

2-3 years of relevant work/writing experience, with a strong background in AI prompt engineering for content creation. Legal content experience is a plus.
A proven ability to optimize website content for maximum exposure in search engines, with an understanding of how AI can enhance this process.
Ability to write clear, engaging original content on complex legal topics for a non-legal audience, using AI tools effectively.
Substantive working knowledge of personal injury law.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, particularly in integrating AI tools with traditional content creation processes.
Creative problem-solving skills, a self-starter attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow with the position.
Strong research, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
