Junior Content Creator

A family-run, sports ecommerce business is on the hunt for a communications executive to join their team, working to create effective video, social, and written content to use across the website, social platforms, and podcasts.

This role is the perfect entry-level role for someone who has a marketing/communications degree (or similar) or is very early on in their career. This company has a very low turnover rate (many people have been there for over five years) and they are keen to help someone grow and develop in their role.

Location: Basingstoke (full-time in office moving to hybrid once settled)

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Capable of publishing at least three or more pieces of new content (text/blog/video/podcast) per week
A degree in a relevant discipline or a year's worth of experience
A knowledge and passion for sports
Any training in broadcast journalism would be a plus
Happy to take complete ownership of the video strategy including creating, filming, and editing content
Strong analytical skills, happy to report back on the success of campaigns, posts, and blogs
Website management skills would be a huge plus
Confident using TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin
UK Driving Licence

This role offers a company bonus depending success of the entire company over the financial year.
