Responsible for managing and supporting marketing programs as well as initiatives that increase acceptance, product adoption, and grow volume for the network. Responsibilities Support PULSE (Sales, Marketing and FI Enablement teams) on management of third-party debit issuers, to drive maintenance and expansion of Discover Debit program Cross-collaborate with members of Global Marketing and Analytics to create merchant acceptance readiness campaign activities in key issuer markets Lead day-to-day relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues (merchant complaints) when they arise Create and present reporting to managed debit issuer accounts that summarize key metrics providing insight into overall performance/health Produce and socialize internal reporting to showcase overall program health and improvement opportunities to key members of the PULSE and DGN leadership teams Tracks key performance indicators and updates leadership. Creates and manages programs to drive acceptance and product adoptions. Maintains and enhances the value propositions for acceptance. Assists in implementing strategies to provide a quality customer experience for network clients. Provides feedback on opportunities to enhance partnerships.
