GM, The Balance

As the General Manager of The Balance, you will act as the “CEO” of this business, responsible for its P&L and for establishing overall strategy and subsequent performance. You will craft initiatives designed to grow revenue, sessions, engagement, and to improve the overall user experience. The Balance is a newer brand so you will play an essential role in helping build the brand, acting as the primary public face of The Balance. You will help us to continue developing the brand’s position in the market and its voice.
