Vice President, Financial Communications and Capital Markets

This Vice President will be responsible for developing and executing the IR and financial communications programs of our clients. Ideal candidates will come from former investment analyst roles and/or will have direct investor relations experience, either with an agency or in-house IR position. Financial communications experience is preferred. Healthcare and technology industry experience a plus. The candidate must be fluent in the capital markets and possess a strong comfort level in counseling senior executives of publicly traded companies on IR related matters including disclosure matters, earnings and guidance, governance, investor targeting and relationship building, M&A, capital raises and crisis situations.
