WHAT YOU’LL DO
You are an experienced journalist with a flair for content marketing. You are a curious storyteller that is able to credibly produce analytical, interesting, and action-oriented content to a business audience, both individually and in partnership with our Research Analysts and Data Scientists. You will build a compelling content agenda by researching customer priorities, industry trends, and emerging tech/AI combined with analysis of content performance metrics. You have a track record of producing data-first narratives that marry deep analysis with practical, real-world examples from the field. By producing a steady drumbeat of customer and public-facing storytelling, you will be at center of building Zero100’s public reputation and amplifying our points-of-view.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for development of content strategy, editorial writing and content production, and building Zero100’s brand reputation as the world’s most influential thought leader on supply chain digitization. You will develop stories where supply chain intersects with AI, technology, and digital innovation. Develop Content strategy:
Spend time with customers, exploring their key priorities for research and storytelling opportunities
Collaborate with Communications and Research teams on key topics, research areas, and priority narratives
Establish a customer obsessed content roadmap and quarterly, monthly, and weekly content production schedules
Editorial writing and content production:
Write and edit different types of high-quality business content, mostly short or mid-length written editorials
Work closely with analysts and our data team to produce weekly and daily insights, differentiated from the market and aligned to our company mission
Build Zero100’s brand reputation:
Find and develop creative ways to drive customer and public engagement with our content
Identify appropriate award and recognition opportunities and partner with Communications to get our content featured by notable organizations
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years’ experience in journalism (ideally print) and/or content creation
3+ years partnering with and/or managing research, content, and/or data science teams
Exceptional communication with strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills
A curious, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and move at pace
Ability to develop and execute strategies for supply chain functions and stakeholder relationships
Ability to work collaboratively with the CEO and senior leadership team and externally with executive partners and customers outside of Zero100
