eLearning Content Writer - Contractor

We are searching for a Contract Content Writer who will be responsible for researching, outlining, and writing scripts for short business training videos. The content writer will function as a subject matter expert on a wide variety of training topics including but not limited to: sales, safety, emotional intelligence, leadership, communication, and productivity. You will work within timelines determined by the production calendar and overseen by project managers.

Responsibilities

Constantly research assigned topics and propose series and/or course outlines
Distill complex topics into simplified, short-form video scripts
Write scripts that engage adult learners and motivate business outcomes
Write corresponding exams that reinforce key learning objectives from the script
Follow the brand’s instructional design guidelines for writing and exam creation
Incorporate creative storytelling to illustrate learning objectives
Communicate clearly with project managers regarding timelines, learning objectives, and content recommendations
