Enterprising Reporter

The Morning Sentinel newspaper in Waterville, Maine, is seeking an enterprising and energetic journalist to join its reporting staff for the paper and Centralmaine.com. This reporter will cover general interest news and geographic beats in the greater Waterville area, while devoting time to important regional issues and enterprise projects. The reporter must have: excellent reporting and writing skills; a sense of urgency that compels him or her to beat the competition on developing news; comfort with a digital-first environment; a proven ability to file stories on deadline; and experience rounding out stories with depth and context.
