Entertainment Reporter/Music Critic

We’re looking for a reporter who wants to be in the middle of the action as The Plain Dealer’s and cleveland.com’s next Entertainment Reporter and Music Critic. Greater Cleveland has one of the most vibrant and respected arts and culture scenes in the country and is home to the the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Square theater and performing arts district, the Cleveland Orchestra, the Cleveland Museum of Art and many other arts-and-culture groups. We are looking for innovative and creative thinkers who can put their stamp on our coverage of this world-class entertainment scene and, in particularly be our primary reporter/critic covering popular music in its many forms – concerts, recordings, streaming and more. Additionally, are looking for someone interested in reporting on the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and its many activities in Northeast Ohio and beyond, from its annual inductions to exhibitions to Cleveland-area programming and more.
