About the job Experience - Have at least two years of experience working at a financial communications / PR agency or at a financial services company in a PR capacity. We'd also consider candidates who have corporate PR experience. Media Engagement - Be familiar with the financial services-focused press and know how best to approach journalists, TV producers and other members of the media on our clients' behalf. Account Management - Be an account driver and be a trusted and informed client counselor. On the client side, we don't always report to other PR and internal-comms professionals. We often work with executive business leaders and owners who operate a complex business for a sophisticated audience. This requires a high degree of financial services industry knowledge. Ideation - Assist in the development, or in some cases lead, the creative process for existing and prospective client accounts. The expectation is that you'll also participate in the implementation of those ideas.
