Communications & Change Manager

In order to support this transformation, we are looking for a highly motivated team player to join us in a new and exciting role. This role gives you a great opportunity to work with a global team to optimise communications and deliver change; identifying, recommending and successfully implementing improvements to processes and driving engagement with our internal communications. You will manage the Communications Executive role, leading the direction for all internal and external communications for the Customer Care team, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging. You will also be responsible for the Process & Efficiency Specialist role and will help drive initiatives to optimise ways of working and increase efficiency.
