Marketing Graduate FinStarter

Finastra’s marketing team is looking to recruit graduates that are passionate about pursuing a career in marketing for our 2022 graduate training program. Our graduate program provides a foundational year, immersed in fast paced marketing activities and working along-side a diverse team of 120 marketing professionals. You will additionally gain experience within the Fintech space and will work on content to elevate our innovations and software within the banking and financial services industry. We have 10 positions with rotations in at least 2 areas of the marketing team from field and digital marketing, PR & Comms, Brand, Account Based Marketing to Customer Advocacy and Product Marketing. The focus of each rotation will depend on the office location. We are recruiting at our London head office, Bucharest, Hungary, KL in Asia and Lake Mary, Florida USA. We have chosen these locations to co-locate with our global marketing teams and sales development reps, providing a fun and educational environment. We also offer a highly flexible working environment that enables home working combined with collaboration in the office. On the job training, certified marketing courses and mentorship with senior marketing professionals are all part of the program that has been highly successful in launching marketing graduates into their careers.

Graduates report to the Chief of Staff with a rotation line manager and a consistent personal mentor through-out the year. The graduates will work together on a project to be agreed. Quarterly reviews will ensure progress and building of skills and knowledge. On completion of 9-12 months, successful graduates will be identified for further career opportunities within the Finastra Marketing team.
