Director Communications, Diversity & Inclusion/Corporate Social Responsibility
By implementing and overseeing the communications strategy, including writing communications for various internal and external channels, the Communications Director will increase stakeholder awareness, engagement and pride, enhance the company’s image and reputation, and create a positive impact on Fiserv and the communities in which the company and its clients operate.

The Communications Director will also manage the communications strategy for the qualification process working alongside PR, including nomination writing, for high-profile D&I/CSR accolades. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications and Culture Development and may manage team members.

Ideal candidate will be a seasoned communications professional who has led corporate-wide communications strategies and can demonstrate a track record of building cross-functional relationships, associate advocacy and engagement, writing content for multiple channels – including active authorship/ownership of related intranet / web materials and sections, with measurable business and social results. The individual will be able to demonstrate experience with developing communications supporting organizational positioning/reputation building, creativity and innovation.
