We’re looking for a skilled communicator who has a bias toward simplicity and clarity. You have a knack for streamlining sophisticated topics into something that feels manageable. You understand that different people have different financial needs, and that what inspires them—what drives their understanding, confidence, and desire to act—is different. As a member of the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Participant Engagement Team, you will conceive, write, and design educational experiences for stock plan participants. You will use multiple formats—including email, web, print, videos, and workshops—to craft your messages to the right people, delivered at the right time, to drive the right outcomes. The goal? To build relationships with participants and turn them into lifetime customers of Fidelity.
