The Associate Director will be responsible for spearheading the Firm’s communications efforts, with a focus on two key areas: PR / advertising and employee communications / marketing. This role will manage the execution of internal and external communications and optimize the Firm’s communications / PR strategy to reflect the Firm’s market-leading position in its core business areas and as a gold standard place to work. The Associate Director will work closely with the Firm’s external PR firm, the Marketing Director and the Head of Marketing to formulate communication strategy and messaging aligned with Firm goals. The role will involve interfacing with senior management across the Firm on communications campaigns. The role will ensure internal and external messaging aligns with the overall brand of the Firm and that communications are optimized for impact across various audiences and platforms. This role will manage Firm advertising development and execution as well.
