Working across an array of big-name global clients, they will be a keen and passionate individual who is looking to build their copywriting career in a fast-moving agency.
The role requires someone who can roll their sleeves up and get stuck into day-to-day copywriting jobs, as well as create original, impactful, and award-winning ideas for campaigns and new business pitches, on a truly global scale.

Key responsibilities:
Write and develop strategic conceptual copy and content across multi-channel projects, including video and social, print, digital, OOH, content, and direct marketing
Write accurate and grammatically faultless copy – which could be short, snappy headlines and social posts, all the way to film scripts and long brochure copy
Come up with campaign concepts and be confident to present ideas to the wider Gravity team
Decipher and work to a strategic proposition, producing creative and original ideas that answer the brief and connect with the audience
Understand the target audience and adhere to the correct tone of voice
Present work to the Creative Director for approval and development
Take briefs from account handlers and challenge these where appropriate
Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date with project progress
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of brand guidelines, particularly tone of voice
Experience / Skills required:
A conceptual midweight/senior copywriter with significant experience
Experience working in a marketing/advertising agency, or similar role in-house
Proficient in MS Office
A natural storyteller who’s imaginative and ideas driven
A team player who can operate under pressure to tight deadlines
A great communicator who can engage positively with colleagues and clients
Possess the ability to remain resilient and enthusiastic throughout the creative process
Have the desire to build relationships with the team, and to be able to present and communicate with them effectively
Enjoy working collaboratively as well as part of a creative team (with an Art Director)
Think innovatively by looking beyond the obvious to develop highly engaging ideas and campaigns
Lead by example and approach all tasks in a wholehearted and enthusiastic manner, striving to achieve excellence throughout
Show initiative with a can-do attitude
Constantly look for and learn from new information or experiences
