Freelance Copywriter

We are looking for a real estate copywriter who can work with 2 social media content creators and turn their ideas into 150 word scripts for Instagram and TikTok reels. We will need between 16-30 scripts a month.

We will also need the creation of YouTube episode scripts that are 10 minutes in length, once a month.

Duties include:
Write copy for social media posts

Meet with content creators up to twice a month (remotely) to discuss future ideas
Create scripts & meet remotely to review, edit
Batch creation is preferred so they can be worked on a reviewed at the start of each month

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing preferred but not required.
Proven writing experience or experience writing copy for social media
Ability to write copy that is clear, concise, well-organized and persuasive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
