Global Intelligence Editor

New Posted 10 January 2024 | London, England, United Kingdom | Haymarket Media Group

Over the past 4 years, Campaign Advertising Intelligence has been at the forefront of the brand’s development of data rich content for its audiences across North America, Asia Pacific and the UK. AI Reports form the backbone of our delivery of premium ‘Knowledge’ content for our top tier subscribers in each of our 3 key regions and we have also recently expanded to support Campaign’s editorial teams in India and Canada as well.

Campaign AI was the first truly global product from Campaign and is part of our ongoing strategy to position the brand as the leading global content brand for advertising and media.

Now fully profitable, Campaign AI is about to undergo a transformation into Campaign RED, which will see the introduction of a visually rich, global database of creative work attached to the existing data set of global agency account wins and award wins. All Campaign premium subscribers across the world will have access to this compelling new resource.

The Campaign Global Intelligence Editor is the global editorial lead in the content development and delivery of all RED content both within the RED site and of all reports published using RED data on all Campaign content sites. Their responsibility therefore includes both the editorial management of the RED brand itself, plus the content strategy, production and delivery of all monthly, quarterly and annual reports, which are developed in conjunction with the regional editorial teams.

Success within this role will require a strong instinct and appreciation for great creative work and the ability to forge strong relationships with both media and creative agency leadership teams globally, whose creative work and business wins we showcase.

Working very closely with the Global Portfolio Director, the Campaign Global Intelligence Editor will ensure continuous product development in line with user needs.

Due to the global nature of RED many of these contributors will be based outside of the UK. Close working relationships within the core Campaign editorial teams in Asia, US, UK, Canada and India also need to be established.

The Knowledge

The data and creative work contained within RED are expected to help drive the development of further content to grow The Knowledge subscription tier for the Campaign brand globally. As such, the Editor is expected to work closely with Campaign Editors worldwide to advise on how RED can be used to power the delivery of more premium content for the brand and act as the ‘guardian’ of its use.
