Head of Leadership Communication

The Head of Leadership Communications is responsible for closely monitoring and analyzing business, financial, insurance, talent and technology trends and applying key data and insights to leadership messages delivered to AIG’s global colleague base and external stakeholders, including: AIG clients, global C-suite decision makers, institutional investors, insurance industry analysts, tier one business media, regulators, policymakers and social media channels.

The Head of Leadership Communications is responsible for proactively coordinating an editorial calendar, producing editorial content outlines for approval and drafting a range of communications encompassing Board of Director presentations, AIG Executive Leadership meetings, GI’s Executive Leadership Team meetings, internal announcements, client communiques, PowerPoint presentations, speeches, colleague town hall presentations, opinion editorials, talking points and social media posts supporting AIG’s business performance, General Insurance’s strategic priorities, executive initiatives and leadership messages.
