Commercial Sub Editor (Part Time, 2 Days a week)

OPOP Media, one of the premier lead generation and creative agencies in the UK, is looking for an experienced content writer to join our creative and marketing teams in our Manchester City Centre office!

Specialising in offering financial services and marketing across Facebook, TikTok and Google platforms, your role will be to produce insightful, engaging and varied written content to help us convert customers and generate leads.

Working alongside our expert creative, marketing and development teams, you’ll also be writing a range of content that persuades users to click through to our landing pages, where you’ll then guide the users through the online journey with ease via your creative copy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Producing first-class ad copy to be used on Facebook, Google, and TikTok adverts, amongst others.
Craft stellar landing page and form content, focusing on creating a positive, informative user experience.
Conduct thorough website reviews and analysis that will help develop your content strategy.
Reviewing staging/live websites and advertising assets for any issues with content, ensuring our messaging is consistent and error-free.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1+ years of experience working within a similar role in an agency environment.
Exceptional english writing, reading and speaking skills
A keen eye for detail in order to catch any mistakes or potential issues.
The ability to quickly deliver and update copy to meet client requests and tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the financial claims and lead generation sectors, including PPI, PCP, and general compensation related topics.
Strong research skills.
Experience working in Meta and TikTok advertising, knowing what makes a compelling online advert.
