Freelance Writer (Foundation Repair)

We're looking to add 1-2 writers to produce 3-5 pieces of content per week on an ongoing basis related to foundation repair content. We're making a big effort to only hire writers with foundation repair experience, so if you've worked on basements, mudjacking, crawl spaces, etc we have a long term project with lots of content to be created.

Please note, this role does require extensive Foundation Repair knowledge.

About You

We're looking to hire 1-2 freelance writers who can contribute a minimum of 3-5 articles @ 2,000-3,000 words per post per week (so about 8,000 words per week) about foundation repair topics. Some specifics were looking for:

Is/was a foundation repair technician
Understands foundation repair and the nuances that go along with the trade
Understands common foundation repair concepts such as mudjacking, encapsulation, grading, leveling, water drainage, etc
Can be flexible and adjust to the needs of the business quickly
Can handle critical feedback and adjust accordingly
Is tech savvy (i.e., understands Google docs, etc)

Compensation

We offer a competitive per word payment structure where compensation is based on experience related to the niche. We are highly motivated to find writers with technical expertise. This is a long term role with opportunities to expand into other categories as needed.

Do You Need To Have Experience With Foundation Repair?

Yes, it is required that you have experience with foundation repair in some capacity.
