The Director, North America Communications is looking for an experienced professional to help accelerate the company’s cadence of business and strategic communications for our North America Commercial organization as a key strategy in driving growth and innovation across our largest market, comprising about 75 percent of our annual revenue. The successful candidate must have experience in designing and implementing multi-channel, strategic communications on a range of issues for diverse internal and external audiences. Focus areas include global people (HR) communications, diversity & inclusion communications, philanthropy communications, executive leadership messaging for various business unit teams, special project support on corporate-wide communication initiatives, event management support, intranet content creation, digital platform management, and writing and editing a variety of messages for a range of clients.
