Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a Team Marketing Associate to:

fully support team marketing manager and three other marketing team members
managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly
coordinate with design and content teams at home office to create advertising materials (i.e. brochures and newsletters)
manage and create materials for various marketing channels
maintaining schedule of marketing strategies
gathering and analyzing data (web traffic); edit and manage team website
maintaining strong knowledge of the firm’s products and services and build interest by understanding the need of customers
build event invitations
assist with script writing
marketing research
assist with organizing client events
keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
ability to work in fast paced environment
