Communications Advisor, International Stakeholder Relations

Wells Fargo’s International Stakeholder Relations team is seeking an experienced communications professional to play a central role in providing internal communications consulting, strategy planning and execution for International HR projects and initiatives. The Communications Advisor will manage complex communication projects with international scope, requiring critical thinking and strategic consideration for Human Resource, manager, and team member audiences across business lines and enterprise support groups in international locations outside of the U.S.

The role will have an emphasis on communicating internally about Wells Fargo’s Total Rewards components, with specific focus on increasing awareness, understanding, engagement, and adoption of programs and processes pertaining to employee benefits, compensation, performance management and recognition.
