The Role
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Content Manager to join our team and lead our content marketing efforts. If you are a passionate storyteller with a flair for creating engaging and informative content, we'd love to hear from you.
As the Content Manager at Inizio, you will develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that creates brand awareness, engages our target audience, and supports our marketing and our goals. You will report to our Internal Communications Lead and work with the Global Marketing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, relevant, and compelling content across multiple channels.
This role can be based remotely but will require travel to other offices.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand, target audience, and our goals.
Content Creation: Produce, edit, and manage a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
Content Calendar: Create and maintain an editorial calendar to plan content production and distribution.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by curating and scheduling content and implementing social media best practices.
Analytics: Use data and analytics tools to track content performance and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to create and promote engaging content.
Quality Assurance: Ensure content is accurate, error-free, and consistent with our brand voice and guidelines.
What do you bring to the role?
3+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Content Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role in a B2B environment.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS – Hubspot, Poppulo), SEO tools, and content marketing software.
Knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent relationship building skills, with experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to derive insights from data.
Experience with social media management and promotion.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
