Breaking-News Fellow

Insider is hiring a fellow to cover breaking-news from the London newsroom. The salary for this role is £23,000 pro-rata, on a 6-month contract running from January to June 2023. The ideal candidate is someone with an intense interest in general news and who is happy in a fast-paced environment. This person should be particularly enthusiastic about US and international news, and the prospect of working with Insider's bureaus around the world. Responsibilities include spotting and covering news events as they unfold as well as driving major stories forward. There is also scope for pursuing longer features and investigations.
