Insider Inc. is launching a global news bureau in Singapore. We’re a team that thrives on taking on challenges, jumping on the biggest news of the day, and building an operation from the ground up. We’re looking for a junior reporter who is quick, passionate about breaking business news, and has a knack for telling stories in a relatable way. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Singapore. The position will report directly to the business news editor. In this role, you will be responsible for covering some of the biggest stories of the day and brainstorming ways to move them forward with original reporting or analysis. You will cover a broad range of stories from our business verticals, including tech, finance, strategy, transportation, healthcare, and retail. The reporter should be comfortable working on a variety of story formats, including reported stories, slideshows, quick news hits, and longer features.
