Careers Fellow (January 2023)

Insider is hiring a fellow to join the UK team and write about careers. This is a fully paid position starting in January 2023, with an annual salary of £23,000. The careers fellow will focus on covering new trends and research in management science, reading academic papers, interviewing researchers and authors, listening to podcasts, and sifting other sources for trends that will interest our paying readership. This story on research into toxic workplaces is an ideal example. The Insider Fellowship Program is for early career journalists who want to spend six months learning from a newsroom full of passionate, dedicated journalists. Fellows are assigned to teams and become experts in digital storytelling. They produce real work that is distributed to our audience of millions, and by the end of six months are prepared for the next phase of their journalism careers.
