Cloud Reporting Fellow

Insider is hiring a paid editorial fellow to write about cloud computing, software developers, and other enterprise technology. The fellow's start date will be as soon as possible. Fellows on our Cloud tech team write about the foundational technologies that make so much of the modern world possible: Cloud infrastructure from vendors like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure; cloud software like Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack; developer tools like Visual Studio Code and Kubernetes. Our fellows tell the stories of the booming enterprise IT industry and the people behind it in various ways, including profiles, news features, and slide shows. They work alongside expert reporters and editors as they research topics, develop story ideas, pitch them to editors, and write news briefs or longer articles. Fellows also have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile stories and collaborate across the newsroom.
