Snapchat Producing Fellow, Travel (Jan 2023)

Insider is hiring a paid video fellow to produce videos for the Travel Snapchat page. Content published on the Travel page includes general topics such as food, travel, how it’s made, and compilation videos. This fellowship is set to begin in January 2023. The Insider Fellowship Program is for early career journalists who want to spend six months learning from a newsroom full of passionate, dedicated journalists. Fellows are assigned to teams and become experts in digital storytelling. They produce real work that is distributed to our audience of millions, and by the end of six months are prepared for the next phase of their journalism careers. The video-producing fellow will work closely with a small team of producers and editors, with a particular focus on our Snapchat show Travel Insider. Insider launched on Snapchat in July 2018 and now has over 17 million subscribers across 8 channels. We publish daily editions made up of both short (1 minute to 1 ½ minute) and longform (3 minutes) episodes. See our channel here.
