As a Social Media Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for planning and implementing digital content that meets the business objectives of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital and Web, the Social Media Manager will work directly with business units, sales, investor relations, public relations and marketing to understand target users and desired messaging to design tactical campaigns. The role will plan, publish and promote content across all our brands, including ICE, ICE Data Services and the New York Stock Exchange. The ideal candidate will be experienced at developing digital content strategy for social media, understand effective use of channels within the medium and have experience managing organic and paid campaigns. Being able to understand business priorities, communication styles and brand voice are critical components of success. Additionally, strong presentation skills and business presence are required to effectively relay needs, challenges and direction that best satisfy business goals.
