Membership organization, addressing the unique technology priorities of the research and education community, seeks experienced storyteller to capture our members’ and subscribers’ success stories. In this role you’ll primarily write case studies and profiles to support our InCommon and NET+ Cloud Services teams. You’ll interview community members about their experiences with InCommon’s Federation Trusted Access Platform, an identity and access management suite of software. You’ll also interview NET+ subscriber campuses about their experiences with NET+ Cloud Services. Our stakeholders are short on time but long on insights, so they will need your help to craft case studies that we can share on our websites, Internet2.edu and InCommon.org, and their related wikis. In addition, you will assist us in better documenting and highlighting the contributions of our volunteers. Last year, engaged volunteers contributed 2,300+ hours to move the research and education community forward. Through interviews you will conduct, we want to capture their personal stories of participation with InCommon and NET+ Cloud Services. If you enjoy engaging with dedicated professionals and helping them tell their stories, this is the right role for you. You’ll work with us November 2022 through March 2023 with the option for a six-month renewal based on our mutual satisfaction with our business relationship.
