Commerce Content Manager, Copywriting

As Content Manager, you will lead complex solutions, mentor team members, and achieve KPIs. Join us in our mission to deliver content-inspired excellence!

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Work independently to understand the key requirements of a content brief
Complete scoped tasks from project set-up through to QA and successful delivery
Participate on internal calls directly without senior oversight
Communicate clearly and concisely to client queries about yourarea of specialism
Align content with the overall project objectives and with the general strategy
Push your abilities beyond meeting the brief to find innovative ways to push content forward
Lead content reporting or contribute to reporting in line with specialism requirements
Actively seek feedback from peers and colleagues about your work
Independently manage feedback interpretation while knowing how and when to respond/escalate

Strategic project initiatives:

Actively contributes to shaping the strategy of the team and content while bringing new ideas for efficiencies, including new tools and processes to ensure high-quality standards and innovative content across a variety of deliverables
Understand when senior expertise needs to be consulted or informed to guide the delivery of work and escalate appropriately
Understand the structure of the content, design, creative, and production teams within Creative & Experience, with evolving insights into how to work together internally and with external teams to improve deliverables

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills:

Have a comprehensive understanding of all tools, processes, and best practices applicable to your area of content specialism
Keep yourself informed about the relevant industry, platform, and/or tool developments
Have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Able to work independently from senior oversight
Lead on creating and developing content briefs, collaborating with internal and external teams to successfully execute the correct product and delivery processes for each project
Identify a specific area of expertise within your specialism
