We are seeking a talented and passionate Journalist to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves researching, writing, and publishing compelling stories and reports on AI advancements and their implications.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Reporting:

Conduct in-depth research on AI technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Write and publish high-quality, accurate, and engaging articles, reports, and features on AI topics.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and related fields.

Interviews and Networking:

Conduct interviews with AI experts, industry leaders, and academics.
Build and maintain a network of contacts in the AI and tech community for story development.

Event Coverage:

Attend and cover relevant AI conferences, seminars, and workshops in the Bay Area and potentially other locations.
Provide live updates, interviews, and summaries of key events.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the editorial team to develop story ideas and content strategies.
Collaborate with multimedia teams for audio-visual content development when necessary.

Audience Engagement:

Engage with the readership through social media and other platforms.
Respond to audience feedback and participate in discussions related to published content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in journalism, preferably in technology or business reporting.
Familiarity with the AI industry and its key players is highly advantageous.

Skills:

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong research and interviewing capabilities.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, reader-friendly language.
