Chase's Consumer & Business Banking Communications team is looking for an experienced communications professional to provide external communications and media relations support for Chase Consumer & Business Banking. The role will report to head of Consumer & Business Banking PR and join a national team that manages internal, executive, external and social media communications - and will work closely with peers across the lines of business that support small business owners. Responsibilities Help manage external communications and media relations for Chase Business Banking and Chase Consumer Banking. Serve as a communications partner to marketing and brand colleagues, communications peers in Commercial Banking, and the Corporate Responsibility team to support marketing and communications efforts. Develop and implement creative and dynamic communications plans that will reach target audiences using a wide range of channels, including earned media, social media, marketing partnerships, events and internal channels. Create written, verbal and digital content that effectively communicates how Chase supports small businesses and is the easiest bank for businesses of all sizes to work with. Manage our PR agency of record to plan and implement communications projects. Continually measure the impact of communications, and keep a pulse of financial and small business trends.
