We’re looking for an end-to-end content strategist who is equally passionate about user-centric content and ensuring it is delivered to the right customer at the right time. Join us in this new content strategy role and help us create exceptional experiences. You apply systems thinking to your work and consider the customer experience from the first time a user arrives on the site through exploration, task completion and return visits. You can make recommendations on how to tailor content to the customer’s situation and keep it direct, simple and conversational. You want to ensure content is findable and know how to create a tagging structure. You’re always on the lookout for relevant content and new topics of interest to your customers. You love to learn and can’t wait to share your knowledge with others. You’re not afraid to ask questions.
