The Digital Marketing & Strategic Customer Communications organization is a centralized marketing group focused on driving digital adoption and engagement along various customer journeys. Digital Marketing directly supports the goals of the Digital organization, as well as the Chase Masterbrand and digital priorities across consumer lines of business (e.g. Card, Consumer Bank, Investments). As part of the Digital Center of Excellence Team to better serve our customers and clients, we are focused on evolving our security and fraud education outreach creating visibility of emerging fraud and scam trends. Customers increasingly look to their bank for guidance and reassurance on account protection as customers' financial lives become more complicated. Our goal is to education customers as awareness is a vital part of fraud prevention. We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive transformation and develop an actionable marketing plan to meet the goals. This role requires an individual who is a strong strategic marketer, with digital experience / passion and is a change agent who can work across key stakeholder teams to 1) create compelling 360 marketing strategies across traditional and non-traditional channels 2) understand customer, product, competitive, channel, industry dynamics to determine engagement tactics 3) develop an actionable, measurable marketing plan to deliver on business goals.
