We're looking for a talented communications pro to develop and execute internal communications strategies for Chase's Consumer & Community Banking Operations group. CCB Operations is a global business unit that supports Chase customers with everything from checking accounts, debit and credit cards, to car loans and investment products as well as loans and products for small businesses. The group also helps customers by preventing fraud, disputing charges, and providing solutions to customers facing challenging financial situations. As part of the CCB Operations Communications team, you'll join a group who thinks team-first in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. In this role, you'll primarily focus on leading communications for Operations' employee experiences initiatives that help make Operations a place where everyone can grow and thrive. You'll also provide secondary communications support for key executives. We're looking for someone who is passionate about culture and the employee experience and understands the dynamic environment of Operations. Strong written and verbal communications skills, a client-service mindset, an understanding of social media, and well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.
