This Communications Associate role is part of the Field Communications team within Consumer Banking. The team is responsible for producing daily communications for field leaders and branch employees, keeping them up to date on products, policies, sales opportunities, new technology, organizational announcements and more. This person will work closely with business partners across Consumer Banking, building communications plans and writing communications to support important business priorities - customer obsession, employee obsession / culture, growth, controls, innovation, financial health and One Chase. The Communications Associate must have superior writing and research skills, with a gift for telling stories in a concise and engaging way through field-facing communications channels. This person will also be skilled at designing presentations, executive summaries, reports, one-page tip sheets, info graphics and other documents - and must have a strong understanding of what makes for compelling and interesting content. Leadership skills are important. This Communications Associate will work with key business leaders to imagine, develop and execute communication plans. The associate must be able to build and manage relationships, while exercising strong editorial judgment in evaluating communication approaches.
