Corporate Impact Marketing- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Marketing Sr. Associate

The Corporate Impact DEI Marketing Senior Associate will support working with a team of marketing professionals, some of whom are dedicated to specific Firmwide programs, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Corporate Responsibility (CR), some of whom are leading Line of Business Inclusive Marketing initiatives, and the Marketing Center of Excellence across brand, media and digital execution teams. This role will work with the Corporate Impact DEI Marketing Director and each of the aforementioned teams to assist with creating and managing the marketing plans within our key pillars of Financial Health, Small Business Growth, Careers and Skills and Community Development to achieve desired KPI outcomes aligned to our Racial Equity commitments. The unique individual that would fit this role must be adept at working with a very large, diverse, and geographically dispersed group of people. This person should be goal oriented, have strong project management skills and have the ability to execute and lead in a highly matrixed organization. Through strong communication, s/he will help drive and measure positive reputation and provide innovative and creative ideas and challenge the status quo to differentiate experiences that bring people together to tackle tough topics and deliver real change.
