Payments Marketing Client Communications Associate

The Client Communications Associate (CA) owns key operational and administrative processes supporting the client communications team related to audience targeting, business requests and inquiries, as well as controls-related initiatives. The CA impacts communications by fulfilling contact list requests from the Communications Managers, ensuring stakeholder awareness through daily digest publications, and being the single point of contact for communications research requests. CA serves as the secondary SharePoint site and Workfront group administrator. The CA also performs quality reviews and the initial review of automated client metrics for accuracy in conjunction with our monthly dashboard reporting. Strong analytical thinking, technical mindset, an ability to copy-edit or independently author communications and an understanding of prioritization are key to success in this role.
