Laptop Mag also creates special reports throughout the year, including Best and Worst Brands and Tech Support Showdown, which have become hallmarks for the brand. We work closely together to deliver the best content in a timely fashion.
What you'll be doing…
Reporting to the Content Director, as Editor-in-Chief you'll share accountability for the end-to-end development and delivery of content on Laptop Mag, ensuring content created is done so to a competitive standard and in line with our strategy. Your job will also be to guide and enthuse the team. You’ll oversee editorial across the globe, leading the team to produce commercially-focussed audience growth while maintaining the best audience experience, closely monitoring performance for all scale, ecomm and marketing content in-house and across the competitor set.
In addition, the Editor-in-Chief is responsible for contributing to budget planning, as well as providing useful analysis and insight as well as excellent understanding of costs within the website.

This is a Hybrid role from our New York Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
