About your role
As a Keyboard Warrior, you take complex, technically described functionalities, and translate this to a format that’s easy to use, read and understand. For every ticket, you start out as the person that does not understand one bit of the new functionality of the product. You read up on the functionality, process it, and rewrite it into a format that you think would help people understand the functionality faster and more extensively. A Keyboard Warrior also writes and edits redactional branded content for New Black & Global Unified Commerce.
As a Keyboard Warrior, you:
Most of the time:
Dive into the matter, figure it out, and produce manuals helping people understand what it is about.
Have a foot in both camps; you can place yourself in the shoes of someone who does not know anything about a subject yet, and you can take them by the hand from your position of knowledge.
Take a ticket and translate this to a format where the reader understands its content.
Some of the time:
Write SEO articles based on the newest hypes and trends regarding retail.
Are responsible for the growth and expansion of our LinkedIn account and social media accounts.
You make sure our emails and posts look awesome and remarkable.
