Lecturer in Sports Journalism

The University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications (UF CJC), located in Gainesville, invites applications for a full-time, 9- or 12-month lecturer position in sports journalism. This non-tenure-track, benefits eligible, teaching appointment begins either July 1, 2023, or Aug. 16, 2023. The successful candidate will serve in the Department of Journalism and play a leading role in the further development of its sports and media specialization. The lecturer will teach an array of undergraduate courses in the specialization and must be committed to working with diverse student and community populations.
