About the Role

Your purpose is to develop and execute strategic communication plans that enhance our internal stakeholder engagement. You will provide guidance to senior leadership on messaging, manage media relations, and oversee the creation of internal communications materials. You will be maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, managing crises, and ensuring the organization's brand consistency across communications channels.

Responsibilities

Managing internal communications, including employee engagement and change management initiatives.

Developing meaningful connections with important stakeholders and effectively handling internal communication.

Supporting manager growth and development through the All People Manager engagement programme and training developed by HR Centres of Excellence.

Partnering with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Capability, Reward and other HR Centres of Excellence to run internal initiatives and campaigns

Delivering the Inclusion & Diversity strategy in response to employee feedback and gender pay reporting

Crafting messaging for internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.

Planning and executing events, such as conferences and product launches, to enhance brand visibility.

Supporting our Thrive Wellbeing, Rule of Law and RELX Cares programmes

Requirements

Have extensive experience in Internal Communications and Employee Engagement

Be able to develop and implement strategic communication plans.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Be able to analyze data and provide insights to inform communication strategies and tactics.

Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Have experience managing crisis communications and issues management.
