Likewize Support provide knowledge solutions and technical support for a range of world class brands, from banks & cell phone networks to retailers. Our Digital Delivery (DD) function creates the content for those support tools underpinned by continuous insight.

Summary

This roles requires a Simulations Editor to join our team and deliver device builds using our in house tools which accurately replicate visually the ‘how to’ steps on a given device or application. Management of time is a core requirement and tracking of builds to completion on time, to our guidelines; and those of our clients is key.

The tools will be used on both agent and customer facing platforms.

Core requirements

Build simulations from scratch (Lead devices)
Create and edit content in response to;
Operating System (OS) updates
Unique selling points
Client requests and feedback
Voice of customer insight
Market trends
Stay up to date with the latest device and operating system releases
Perform additional fixes on devices once tested & quality checked
Assign tasks to the team on a rota basis and help to monitor progress accordingly
Review and update content in response to insight & feedback

Strategic requirements

Play a key role in implementing our content strategy by providing the right content delivered appropriately (format).
Utilise and appraise available insight
Adhere to best practice standards in content creation and delivery.

Skills/Experience

Some experience of web authoring tools or a content management system (CMS)
Organisation & planning
Experienced user of photo editing software – e.g. Fireworks, Photoshop
Basic HTML
