Sports Editor/Writer and Copy Editor

The Town Crier, a weekly 16,000 circulation community newspaper, seeks experienced journalists for the following positions:

SPORTS REPORTER/EDITOR: Responsibilities include coverage of local sports, particularly the high school teams. Some night and weekend assignments required. This is a golden opportunity in a community with avid sports readership. Other duties will be determined for this full-time position.

COPY EDITOR: Should be conversant in AP Style, effective at rewrites when needed, and good at working with others. Some night and weekend work could be included. This is a part-time position. Remote applicants accepted.
